Initial acupunctuRe APPOINTMENT

We need time to get to know you. The first appointment is 90 minutes which includes a lengthy, personal intake. Expect to get asked questions you normally don’t get asked, we will want to learn more about your “chief complaint” or the reason you booked an appointment in the first place. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, making sure you feel comfortable and at ease is a priority. You will still have plenty of table time to rest & relax once needles are in!

Follow-up acupuncture APPOINTMENT

Treatments after the initial appointment are 60 minutes. Shorter intakes are conducted so a treatment plan can be put together. A follow-up appointment may include adjunctive therapies such as: moxibustion, cupping or other manual therapy, auriculotherapy, dietary & lifestyle recommendations, and an herbal consultation*.

*Herbs may be purchased at an additional cost.

Fire cupping & Tui na massage appointment

A mini-treatment that is 45 minutes which includes only bodywork, without needles.

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if changes to your appointment time need to be made. For cancellations within 24 hours, there is a $50 late cancellation fee. For no shows, the fee is the full session charge at $80. We respect your time and ask you to do the same for ours.

Insurance

Unfortunately, we do not bill insurance at this time. However, we’re happy to provide you with receipts or a “super bill” containing diagnostic/treatment codes that you can submit to your health insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check and credit/debit card.
